This website and all services are operated by Korhost, a trading name of 28TEN Media. Throughout these Terms the words we, us, and our refer to Korhost. The words you, your, and User refer to any business customer using our services.

b) suspension after 5 days of non-payment;
c) service remaining suspended until payment is received.
4.4 We will use reasonable endeavours to restore service within 24 hours of cleared payment.
4.5 Payments must be received in UK Pounds sterling. You are responsible for foreign currency charges.
4.6 If you are not the named cardholder, both you and the cardholder accept these Terms and are jointly liable for payment.
4.7 If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute we may suspend all services immediately until resolved.

### 5. OVERUSAGE AND PLATFORM STABILITY
5.1 Services are intended for hosting websites and email only.
5.2 The following activities are not permitted on shared hosting environments:
a) batch processing or video encoding;
b) web crawling or spidering;
c) archiving or online backup systems;
d) any process designed to consume excessive CPU or disk resources.
5.3 We may take defensive action to maintain stability for all customers, including temporary suspension.
5.4 If you believe your website may experience abnormal usage you must contact us in advance to discuss suitability.

6. DOMAIN SERVICES
6.1 Where a package includes a domain, this may be limited to specified extensions as advertised at the time of order.
6.2 We will always register, transfer, and renew domain names in the User’s name, never in our own.
6.3 You are responsible for keeping WHOIS and domain contact information accurate.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
7.1 You must not use the services to:
